Key challenges included understanding the scope of required services, defining system and data ownership, and ensuring business continuity throughout the transition.

Our Solution

We led the initiative with a focused discovery phase, during which we developed a customized Divestment Blueprint—a foundational tool that mapped all separation-related activities and timelines. This Blueprint became the basis for the Transition Services Agreement (TSA), aligning all stakeholders on the scope, responsibilities, and service delivery expectations.
