Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Versifi Consulting

Financial Year Ending: March 2026

1. Introduction

Versifi Consulting is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We fully support the elimination of modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. This statement outlines the steps we are taking to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or in any part of our supply chains.

2. Our Business and Supply Chain

Versifi Consulting is a UK-based professional services company providing business consultancy, risk advisory, and strategic insight across multiple sectors. While we operate with a relatively low-risk profile for modern slavery, we recognise our responsibility to be vigilant and proactive in preventing any forms of exploitation in our operations and relationships.

Our supply chain includes professional services providers, IT software and hardware suppliers, office management services, and independent contractors.

3. Our Commitment and Policies

We operate under a clear set of ethical policies that are embedded in our corporate culture. These include:
- Code of Conduct – outlining our commitment to ethical behavior and compliance with legal standards.
- Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy – explicitly forbidding the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labour.
- Whistleblowing Policy – enabling staff and third parties to raise concerns confidentially about any unethical practices, including modern slavery.

4. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We assess the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain by:
- Evaluating suppliers based on geography, sector, and relationship length.
- Requiring all key suppliers to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
- Conducting periodic audits and reviews for higher-risk providers.

5. Training and Awareness

We provide training to relevant employees to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and can identify indicators of abuse. This includes training during induction and regular updates for procurement and contract management teams.

6. Ongoing Improvement

Versifi Consulting is committed to continuously improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. In the coming year, we aim to:
- Enhance supplier vetting processes.
- Introduce a supplier code of conduct with explicit anti-slavery clauses.
- Improve data collection on supply chain risk levels.

7. Board Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Versifi Consulting and will be reviewed and updated annually.
